Improper usage or modification of the delivered product.
Events beyond our control, such as server outages or cyberattacks.
Any bugs or issues identified within the agreed-upon warranty period (as specified in the project agreement) will be fixed free of charge. Issues reported outside this period will be billed separately.
Critical bugs that render the project inoperable will receive priority resolution during the warranty period.
Any changes or updates made to the project by parties other than us may void the warranty, and additional charges may apply for subsequent fixes or repairs.
